They’ve repeatedly sent the wrong parts, and there’s been a huge lack of communication – they’ve disappeared for weeks with no updates, and then just dismissed my concerns about it only happening in cold weather. It’s clear they don’t fully understand the issue, and ultimately, it hasn’t been resolved.”
