Honestly, I was a little worried about the upkeep involved in owning a pool, but Surfside took all the guesswork out of it. They got me started with everything I needed, and their annual check-ups make it so easy to keep the water perfect. They’ve been incredibly patient and helpful, answering all our questions, big or small, and really walked us through everything. They even came out to assist us and showed us how to handle things ourselves, and when we needed to call with follow-up questions, they were always happy to talk us through it.   I absolutely have to say, Surfside in Chelmsford was fantastic! As a first-time above-ground pool owner, I was completely overwhelmed, but everyone there was so incredibly helpful and patient.   “We chose Surfside Pool Company to replace our liner, primarily because they promised a really quick turnaround – just two weeks for fabrication and installation. We got a quote from another company for $400 less, but Surfside’s speed was too tempting to pass up. However, the experience was incredibly frustrating. We ordered the liner on May 10th and were given a target installation date of the end of May or early June. Despite this, we didn’t hear anything from them. I called multiple times over the next two weeks, leaving daily messages, but received absolutely no response. When someone finally answered, they explained a problem at the factory was delaying things, but offered no real updates. It wasn't until June 18th – over three weeks after their initial estimate – that the installation actually began. Throughout the whole process, the lack of communication was completely unacceptable. They failed to keep us informed, and we had to chase them down for updates and even the promised pressure test, which wasn't scheduled until a full month after everything was supposed to be finished.” report abuse

  “Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using this company. They completely disregarded the initial estimate we agreed upon, which was only valid for two weeks. They also refused to put their deposit policy in writing, and their communication was consistently unresponsive and unprofessional. It felt like a classic ‘bait and switch’ situation, and based on what I’ve read in other reviews, it seems to be a recurring problem. Seriously, save yourself a lot of frustration and find another provider.” report abuse
