  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the bathroom remodel American Contracting did for us. They really went the extra mile, taking the bathroom down to the studs and completing the job remarkably quickly and efficiently. Grant, our foreman, was fantastic – he was so organized and easy to communicate with, and we absolutely loved working with him.   American Contracting was fantastic – we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A friend recommended them, and we’re so glad we listened! They completely remodeled our kitchen, removed a wall, and installed new flooring throughout the first floor. From the very beginning, they were incredibly thorough, sending a full team over to really understand what we wanted. What really stood out was their honesty; they made it clear there would be no hidden fees unless we specifically requested extra services, and they stuck to that promise. Matt Roth, our project manager, was amazing – he kept us updated daily with texts about the progress and timelines. All the subcontractors were professionals and did a truly outstanding job. They have a solid reputation, but unfortunately, they weren’t interested in even discussing a significant remodel project I had. Three contractors arrived promptly, and I took the extra precaution of providing N95 masks for the initial meeting – a standard I use regularly in my work as a healthcare professional. However, they politely declined, citing a lack of interest and left. As someone who regularly works with sick patients and prioritizes safety, I was understandably frustrated by their refusal to acknowledge my concerns. It’s important for potential clients to be aware that this company doesn’t seem to prioritize safety measures, and I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re uncomfortable with contractors not adhering to basic precautions.” report abuse

  “We’ve been incredibly pleased with American Contracting Services – we used them for both our kitchen/living area remodel and our master bathroom remodel. They really went above and beyond both times. During the kitchen/living area project, they essentially rebuilt the space, including replacing the subfloor and fixing the bay window, which weren’t originally included in the estimate. Despite a few unexpected issues, they managed those repairs efficiently and kept the costs and delays to a minimum. More recently, they completely transformed our master bathroom, and they also did all our bedroom flooring and painting. Honestly, we couldn't be happier with the results – the finished spaces look absolutely fantastic, like they belong in a magazine! What really stood out was the team’s commitment to our satisfaction. From the very beginning, with John and Richard giving us the estimate, we felt like they truly cared about our vision. Grant was fantastic as our point of contact throughout the whole process; he was always so open, honest, and kept us fully informed about what was happening and what was coming next. He was incredibly accommodating when we wanted to make changes during the project, and he tackled any unexpected challenges with a real focus on making us happy.
