  I was really disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. Despite multiple requests for clear explanations and copies of my service records, I haven’t gotten any follow-up at all. I’ve been met with evasive answers from the sales team and no action from the customer service manager. To make matters worse, the scheduling continues to have errors. report abuse
