  I couldn’t be happier with Island Floors! They were incredibly responsive from the very beginning, and they flawlessly completed a massive 6,000 square foot renovation of my home – including hardwood and carpeting. The quality of the materials and the workmanship was outstanding, and they delivered everything on time. What really impressed me was their dedication; they tackled every challenge that came up with such thoughtful solutions, which was hugely appreciated given the scale of the project. They understood our specific needs – particularly the weight of his chair – and helped us choose a beautiful mix of ceramic and laminate flooring that looks just like real hardwood.   Honestly, we were so thrilled with the work Island Floors did! Our old hardwood floors were really outdated and just weren't working with the rest of our home’s style. We’d been debating replacing them for ages, worried about the cost and hassle. But Island Floors came out and gave us a surprisingly reasonable quote, and we decided to go for it. They completely transformed our 5-bedroom house, installing beautiful and incredibly durable flooring – my husband and I are completely obsessed! What really impressed us was how quickly they worked; they finished the job in just two days, which was way faster than we anticipated. The owner was fantastic too, checking in on us constantly and even going above and beyond by helping us find someone to paint our banister to match the new floors.   Island Floors did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our new waterfront home! They installed over 2200 square feet of luxury vinyl plank and 1700 square feet of carpeting, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. JK, the owner, was truly a pleasure to work with – he was incredibly helpful in choosing the right materials, closely oversaw the entire installation process, and ensured we were completely satisfied. It was especially reassuring knowing he was keeping us updated with photos while we weren’t always around, and we felt completely confident that everything was being done to our standards.   I absolutely have to say, I was incredibly impressed with Island Floors and especially JK. He really went above and beyond to make our renovation seamless. JK found a fantastic match for discontinued hardwood for our living room, and he expertly installed vinyl plank flooring in our den, bathrooms, and even replaced our old carpeting with gorgeous, plush carpeting on the stairwells and in our bedrooms. What really stood out was his attention to detail – he consistently checked in on the progress and even stopped by the house to ensure everything was going perfectly. To top it all off, he even arranged for someone to remove the furniture we no longer needed and handled the pickup himself! I wholeheartedly recommend Island Floors – they’re fantastic! report abuse
