“I contacted them after a dump truck from their company hit a rock and damaged my window, causing a crack. They assured me they’d investigate, and the inspector did call me back. However, he insisted the truck was clean and that there was no truck in the area at the time. Frankly, I found the whole situation incredibly unprofessional – it seemed like there was no communication between the staff. It’s really disappointing because they’re a well-respected local company, and they should have taken immediate responsibility for the damage. I wouldn’t trust them to handle a situation like this properly.”
