  “I can’t recommend SurfZone highly enough. Our small homeowner’s association was really struggling – we were dealing with multiple roof leaks in our garage and worried about the stability of our foundation. The contractors we’d spoken to were pushing for a huge, five-figure project to redo our entire patio. Then, the office responded incredibly quickly and Farzam came out to take a look. He was so thorough, he discovered three existing, neglected drains on the patio that nobody had ever noticed before! Within days, we had a full engineering report, and now we have a much clearer understanding of what needs to be done.   “Farzam was absolutely invaluable to us during a really stressful situation. We initially thought the damage was contained to my unit, but he quickly discovered a much bigger problem – significant issues in the unit below and some serious concerns with the building’s basement supports. It’s fantastic that he brought these hidden problems to light; ignoring them would have led to far more expensive repairs down the road. I’m incredibly grateful for his thoroughness and the clarity his report and recommendations provided.
