“I was really impressed with the customer service I received – William and Bridget were both incredibly helpful. Honestly, I was surprised to see so many negative reviews; the service I experienced was fantastic!”

I’m writing this review because my recent experience with customer service was incredibly disappointing. When I called to discuss an issue with an apprentice, the representative was dismissive of my questions and, frankly, seemed impatient. She rushed her explanation, even escalating her tone and speaking slowly as if I wasn’t understanding. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional – the kind of service you just don’t see anymore. Seeing the limited positive feedback, I’m hoping management will address this issue and prioritize better customer service and a more polite approach.

“I’m really disappointed with the level of service I’ve received when trying to renew my electrical license. Every year, I’ve encountered a fresh set of problems, and despite contacting three different departments, no one seemed to be available to help. I even tried to leave a voicemail with the licensing department, but the inbox was completely full. It’s frustrating and frankly, quite embarrassing given the lack of responsiveness.”
-
“I want to be honest and say that my interactions with Bridget and William were unfortunately quite unpleasant. They were consistently rude, and I’ve never encountered anyone so difficult to speak with.”
