  Michael did an absolutely fantastic job with our granite countertops. He really went above and beyond to work with us and make sure the design was exactly what we wanted – he made several adjustments to get it just right. We really appreciated how responsive he was and how much he seemed to value our input.   “We were thrilled to finally purchase our home in February 2021 and so excited to start designing a kitchen perfectly tailored to our family’s needs. I spent quite a bit of time in their showroom, confirming my choices for style, colors, and the overall design. They were a really helpful team. However, the installation happened while I was away on a family emergency, and when we saw the finished kitchen, we noticed the island cabinets weren’t blue – the color I’d specifically requested. I brought this to their attention, and they explained that blue wasn’t included and that I should have read the order form, though I’d seen ‘BB’ marked as the base color and assumed it was the blue. Honestly, I’m not the most confident when it comes to reading design specifications, and I suspect many others might feel the same way. Some of the cabinets were also slightly wrong, but they did eventually get the correct ones to us a couple of months later and quickly swapped them out. Despite the hiccups, I really enjoyed the process of choosing my cabinets and appreciated their huge selection. The communication was fantastic until things started going wrong. If you’re working with them, I’d really recommend getting everything in writing and spelled out clearly beforehand – don’t assume like I did. It was really disheartening to be repeatedly told I was mistaken, because I knew exactly what I’d asked for, and it really dashed my dream of building this kitchen.” report abuse
