Chris and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our recent home improvements. From the very beginning, he took the time to really listen to our questions and explain everything clearly. We also appreciated how quickly he responded to our follow-up emails. The quote was reasonable, and the workers were professional and did a really thorough job installing our whole house fan, sealing the attic, and getting our insulation up to code – we couldn’t be more pleased!
-
“I couldn’t be happier with this cleaning service. They’re really reasonably priced, and the quality of work definitely matches the cost. They were always punctual and did a fantastic job cleaning up – truly a painless experience. I’ve used them for two different jobs, both big and small, and they consistently treated me with the same level of professionalism and care.”
-
“I was really pleased with the work Ward Insulation did on my porch. They addressed the settling issue professionally and it looks fantastic now. I’d definitely recommend them for mudjacking my concrete – it was a much better solution than a full replacement.”
-
“Overall, I was really pleased with the work – the spray foam insulation was done exceptionally well, and the team were friendly and took great care to clean up the site afterward. I’d definitely recommend them and would use their services again if I need similar work done.”
-
“I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Ward Insulation. They were fantastic – the customer service was excellent, the workmanship was top-notch, and the price was really good. It was even great that they braved the snow to come out and do the job! Highly recommend them.”
-
“Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. After they finished the work, they just left and didn’t take responsibility for any damage. Things were broken, and they never came back to fix them. I also have serious doubts about the insulation and protection they promised – I’d recommend looking for a different contractor.”
-
“We were really disappointed with this experience. The final price ended up being significantly higher than initially quoted, and they didn’t proactively inform us about any available rebates or how to claim them – it wasn’t until after the job was completed. Unfortunately, this left us with a surprise bill and we’re worried about unexpected costs when they come to collect payment. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend them.”
-
“The crews did a fantastic job with our driveway – they completely resolved the standing water issue around the house. They were really professional and seemed to know what they were doing.”
-
“I was really impressed with the work the Carters crew did on that barn – it’s fantastic! It was such a transformation; before, it was drafty, dusty, and damp, but now it’s clean, dry, and wonderfully warm.”
-
“Overall, it was a really positive experience working with this company. They have a great team and a well-organized process. Plus, they were really helpful with getting the insulation project set up and navigating the rebates with Blacks Hills Energy.”
