  Overall, our experience with Frontier Siding Supply was really challenging. The roofing metal itself was good, thankfully, and our neighbor was incredibly helpful in getting it unloaded with his tractor as we’d arranged beforehand. However, the gutters were a completely different story. We had to repeat the gutter lengths multiple times – even after placing the order – and they seemed to only remember the total foot measurement. Considering they cut the gutters on-site, it’s clear they lost track of our specific requirements. Adding to the difficulties, the delivery was repeatedly delayed due to strong winds between Cheyenne and Laramie, requiring at least two rescheduling attempts. The delivery person, the owner himself, seemed frustrated, and his attitude wasn’t typical of good customer service. While I understand his perspective, it made the whole process quite stressful. Because of all these issues, I wouldn't recommend doing business with Frontier Siding Supply. Honestly, it felt like they weren't interested in our business, and I’d definitely explore other options before considering them for any future projects. report abuse

  Tiffany is an absolute expert when it comes to vinyl siding – truly the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever worked with. She seems to know everything about the product, and it was a great experience doing business with her. report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with my experience here. While the technicians themselves were good, the communication was a major issue. The woman who handles appointments consistently struggled to understand simple confirmations – she called twice to confirm our gutter work, and both times she was very clear in saying “yes.” However, she then cancelled our appointment the next day without explanation, and wrongly blamed my wife and I for the misunderstanding. It’s crucial that anyone representing the company understands basic yes or no questions, and I wouldn’t recommend this place until they address this problem. report abuse
