  Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from America’s Finest. Everyone – John, Angel, and Oscar – was fantastic! John’s advice on choosing the flooring was spot on, and Angel and Oscar did an absolutely incredible job installing it throughout the whole house. They were so meticulous and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always willing to do whatever it took to make the process as easy as possible. They even took the extra step of carefully cutting around the fireplace to make sure the flooring would fit properly, and the result is even better than we imagined.   I was really disappointed with my experience at this company. I called ahead to let them know I had all my measurements, hoping to avoid a wasted trip, and Lorenzo assured me they could assist. However, when I arrived, he explained that they wouldn’t proceed unless I’d already calculated the square footage myself – or they could schedule a costly in-home estimate. It felt incredibly frustrating that they couldn't simply use my existing measurements, especially after I’d already provided them. Ultimately, I left feeling like my time was wasted, and I strongly advise against shopping here. There are many other flooring businesses that would be more helpful and understanding. report abuse

  Overall, my experience at America’s Finest Carpet Co. was fantastic! I was really looking for a specific vinyl sheet for my new kitchen floor and had already been to two other stores with no luck. I decided to give them a try, and while they didn’t have the exact sample I wanted, they did sell the flooring directly from their warehouse. The woman who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful – she went above and beyond by checking out a sample and even calling Sids Carpet Barn to see if they had it. When she realized they didn’t have what I needed, she quickly helped me find a different, perfect option. report abuse

  I had a truly awful experience with this company. From start to finish, it was a massive disappointment. I ordered three rooms of high-end carpet for around $7,000, and frankly, I wouldn’t recommend them. The biggest issue was their complete inability to stick to any kind of timeline. The manager, Jim, was consistently late – he was 75 minutes late for the initial measurement, and constantly blamed scheduling issues and meetings with the owner. Marsha, the salesperson, was pleasant enough, but she was completely ineffective at managing the job and providing any real updates. Promises were made – a 10-day install after my deposit – but they consistently pushed the date back, often with unbelievable excuses. It took a staggering five weeks for the carpet to actually be installed, and I felt like I was constantly being bounced around with no clear answers. They also tried to add extra charges at the last minute – a $200 charge for a small bag of floor filler. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with them, and I felt like my time was being completely wasted. While the carpet itself looks great, the entire process was so disorganized and unprofessional that I can only give them a very low rating. Buyer beware – do your research before choosing this company. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this company did on our floors. We had them install both carpet and laminate flooring about five years ago, and despite multiple visits – three to address the carpet and several more for smaller laminate issues – the work is still not completed properly. We take good care of our home and there are no children causing damage, yet the carpet is still stretched unevenly and the laminate continues to lift and separate. We invested over $10,000 and frankly, it’s unacceptable. I’m seriously considering hiring someone else to fix this and sending the bill to their corporate office because I’ve had enough dealing with Jim and his crew.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my overall experience. The staff seemed quite slow and unhelpful, and unfortunately, the carpet I’d finally chosen wasn’t actually available – they told me the factory had closed down and no one knew. I ended up having to pick a different one, which wasn’t ideal, and I’m still a little concerned about whether it’s quite the same quality. The installation process was incredibly slow, and when I discovered a problem, it took ages to get someone back out to fix it. It felt like they were primarily focused on larger projects rather than smaller jobs like mine.” report abuse
