  “I recently switched from the other big company and I’m so glad I did! The customer service is fantastic, parking is always easy, and the process of getting in and out is really smooth and quick.   “I really wanted to say this store is worth the trip, even though it’s a little out of the way from Spring Valley. The customer service was fantastic – Rick Rodriguez and Stephanie at the register were both incredibly helpful. I bought some epoxy for my garage floor, and the Rust-Oleum kits (I’ve included some pictures) were also great. I purchased the $199 kit and it performed really well.” report abuse

  “I was incredibly frustrated today. I waited over fifteen minutes just to have someone bring a power tool out of storage, and no one ever appeared.   I really wanted to give Lowes a five-star review! I was struggling with a project and desperately needed a specific tool, but I was completely stuck until I visited the store. I spoke with one of the customer service reps who was incredibly helpful – he quickly located the tool for me. It only took him a few minutes to guide me to it, and then it was just a 15-minute trip back home to finish everything up.
