Honestly, I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone, and when I finally did, they immediately hung up. They gave me a specific delivery date for my order, but then called a week later to tell me it was on backorder – they really should have made that clear from the start. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

They use a third-party company, and the delivery person actually damaged my stair step while taking away my old fridge. He said he’d report it, took some photos, but it feels like a standard tactic to make it look like the damage was already there. The trucking company owner just repeated that it was pre-existing to avoid a claim. Honestly, it’s a tricky situation, and I wish I’d taken a video of the whole process – that would have been really helpful in proving what happened. If you’re having a delivery like this, I’d really recommend filming the entire thing to protect yourself.

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase of the DeWalt 20 volt ratchet wrench from the Chula Vista location. Unfortunately, the battery that came with it was faulty. When I went back to exchange it, the staff member, Pati, was completely unhelpful. She didn’t even bother to check my receipt or when I purchased it, and simply told me that DeWalt doesn’t handle warranties through their store – I had to contact Dewalt directly. I chose to buy the tool there hoping for easier support, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. Then, even after calling Dewalt, I was told the warranty was too late, despite being given misleading information in the store. I’m sharing this experience to warn others – I’ll definitely be shopping elsewhere for tools from now on!

Honestly, I was really disappointed with my recent experience at this Lowe’s. I’ve had fantastic service at other Lowe’s stores – I’d even returned an item purchased in California at a Vegas location without any trouble – and I was banking on that same level of service. However, the cashier was completely distracted, chatting with coworkers while there was only one open register and I ended up waiting a long time to be helped. Ultimately, they refused my return, and it felt like a really abrupt and unfriendly experience. I’ve had much better luck at Home Depot, and I think I’ll stick with them from now on, especially since the service here just wasn’t up to par.
