“I was really impressed with the work they did removing the condemned house next door. It was a tricky situation, given how close the other houses were, and they handled it absolutely flawlessly. They were incredibly careful, causing no damage to either property, and they even took the time to clean up every bit of debris afterward – sweeping the sidewalk and road, and even grating through the dirt. I didn't hire them directly, but I witnessed the whole process, and I’d definitely recommend them if I needed a similar job done.”
-
“I’ve never personally used this product, but based on reports, I have serious concerns about its safety. It seems the drivers are frequently making unsafe maneuvers, like pulling out in front of pedestrians, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable relying on it.”
-
“The neighbor’s house next door was damaged and subsequently fell onto my fence.”

“I’m incredibly frustrated with the aftermath of the demolition at 400 S Hayford in Lansing. Just two days after the work was completed, I hit a nail while biking on the Kalamazoo Street bike path and contacted the owner. He was completely unhelpful, insisting I should have been on the sidewalk – which I wasn’t, as I was in the road. He promised to investigate, but didn’t follow through until the next day when a supervisor checked the area. Despite seeing the damage myself and documenting it with video evidence, he refused to cover the repairs to my bike, which cost nearly $500 and I rely on daily for school. I even provided a quote from a local shop for just $30-$40. Because of his refusal to take responsibility, I’m seriously considering taking him to small claims court.”
-
“I’ve consistently been really pleased with Bolle Contracting. They’ve handled a number of projects for us over the years and they’re always responsive, get things done efficiently, and their prices are fair. I’d definitely recommend them without hesitation.”
-
“Honestly, the responsiveness was a real issue. They’d always answer the phone, but then they wouldn’t actually follow through and call you back within the promised half hour – often they just didn’t call at all.”
