I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They installed a new garage door opener about three years ago, but the guide rail soon ripped out, almost hitting my car. When I called them, one of their installers confirmed it was a poor installation that caused the problem. However, they refused to cover the repair costs and instead charged me to fix their mistake – and they didn’t even tell me about the issue until after the initial fix was completed. Honestly, their hourly rate of $180 was completely outrageous, and the whole situation was incredibly unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering using them to think twice – buyer beware!

I can’t recommend this company at all. I scheduled a warranty service call for my garage door three weeks ago, and the technician, Thad, never showed up. Since then, I’ve been trying to reach them – calling at least 30 times – but it always goes straight to voicemail. I’ve even left multiple messages, but no one ever responds. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes it nearly impossible to get any assistance.
