  “I’m really disappointed with the support I’ve received after my initial purchase. Following up has been incredibly difficult, and I’ve encountered some very unhelpful and even rude customer service representatives when I’ve needed assistance with subsequent issues. To add to this, we’ve had a small tear in the kitchen floor, which was patched up once, but it’s now starting to pull up again. The worst part was being essentially left to deal with everything myself – I was told ‘I’m on my own,’ which felt completely unacceptable.” report abuse

  Overall, we were pleased with the carpet itself – Jake did a fantastic job installing it and the final result looks great. However, our experience with Cloquet Flooring was a little frustrating. They scheduled the installation and promised to call us the day before to let us know the installer’s arrival time, so we could prepare our space. Unfortunately, they didn’t return their call, and the installer showed up unexpectedly while we were just finishing breakfast. While the installer was understanding, it felt quite inconsiderate that they hadn't followed through on their commitment. That’s why we’ve given them a three-star rating – the quality of the work is excellent, but the communication could have been better. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I placed my carpet order at the end of October and I’m still waiting for it to be installed, despite being promised it would happen at the beginning of November. The biggest issue is their communication – they never seem to follow through on their calls and updates. We were told twice that someone would be here to install the carpet, and we even rearranged our furniture to be ready, but nobody ever showed up, and we received no communication whatsoever. At this point, I’m seriously considering canceling the order. If you’re looking for a company with reliable timelines and clear communication, I would strongly advise against using this one. report abuse
