Overall, I was pleased with the repair work done on my chair. The welding was excellent and the job itself really did the trick – my favorite chair is back in action! They were also really responsive; they initially estimated two weeks, but when I checked in, they immediately prioritized the repair and had it finished the next morning. However, I was a little disappointed with the pricing. I was initially quoted $50, but the final bill came to $60. I should have asked for a written quote beforehand, and while the extra $10 wasn’t a huge concern, it did make me feel like there was a lack of transparency, so I’ve given them a 3-star rating.
