“I got Advance Heating & Cooling through a recommendation from a colleague, and they took a look at my existing Heating-A/C system and the incomplete work from the previous contractor. They explained it wasn't a simple fix and needed to be scheduled properly. However, I didn’t hear from them for two weeks after that, and when I followed up, I was told they’d get back to me next week. Despite telling them I understood they were busy and wanted to be prioritized, another two weeks went by without any contact. When I finally called to check on the status, they said they were swamped with their own jobs, even though they’d previously assured me they’d be working on mine.”
