  Woodward has been a really reliable company for my man lift rentals. They consistently show up on time with a truck and trailer, making the whole offloading process super straightforward. I appreciate their good selection of tools, particularly the Milwaukee brand – while they might be a little pricier, it’s worth it when you need a specific tool and don’t have many other options available, especially here in our smaller town. report abuse

I dropped off a hedge trimmer for repair on May 2nd, and despite assurances that it would be addressed, I received absolutely no updates for weeks. After waiting nearly two and a half weeks and multiple unanswered calls, I went back on June 1st only to find it still hadn’t been touched. The staff member seemed genuinely baffled that I was picking it up without a repair. Honestly, it’s unacceptable to take that long to even acknowledge an item, let alone fix it.
