  McKenzie and her team were absolutely fantastic! My parents are elderly, so it was really important to me that they were involved in the process and that everything was handled with care. McKenzie took the time to meet with them to help them choose their flooring, and then she arranged for the installers to move their furniture – they were all incredibly professional and understanding, truly top-notch.
