“We’ve been consistently impressed with Kincheloe. They’ve always provided exceptional service, demonstrating a real commitment to integrity and reliability. We’ve relied on them countless times for heating and plumbing issues, even during the coldest weather, and they’ve always responded quickly and completely resolved the problems, from small fixes to replacing our water heater. What really sets them apart is their willingness to go the extra mile – they’re always polite, knowledgeable, and happy to explain things to us. We especially appreciated their assistance over the phone when we had a frozen pipe emergency; they walked us through the whole process and truly took the stress out of a difficult situation.”

“I was really pleased with the work – they replaced my old hot water heater with the Navien NPE-240A2 NG and it’s fantastic! The whole job took about 3.5 hours and they even came in under budget. The team was very professional, too.”

“I was so impressed with this plumbing service! They were incredibly responsive – they came out within a few hours of me calling, which was a huge relief compared to other plumbers who left me waiting days. Wyatt and Trey were fantastic – really polite, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They actually identified some potential future issues too, which was great. And the best part? They cleaned up *everything*, even a couple of spills I’d left behind! Honestly, I’ve never had a plumber take such care. I highly recommend them!”

“I was incredibly pleased with the work the Kinchloe team did on our water system at our home in Wapiti. They really took the time to engineer the project perfectly, and the actual installation was done with a fantastic level of quality – truly a top-notch job. I especially want to commend Troy and his team for going above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. I wholeheartedly recommend Kinchloe Plumbing to anyone needing a reliable and skilled plumber.”

“Kincheloe Plumbing did an absolutely fantastic job – they really got the job done, and it was clear they know what they’re doing. Their experience definitely shows.”

“I was really disappointed with Kincheloe Plumbing. They significantly overcharged me for the work they did. They installed a 22-foot flex gas line in my unfinished basement, which was a pretty straightforward job – they just tapped into an existing line and ran it directly to the floor. I even helped hold the line, and it didn’t require any cutting or drilling. However, the bill was for three hours of labor, which felt completely unreasonable considering how simple the job was. The plumber was defensive when I questioned the bill, making comments about having to run into town, which wasn’t true – I live eight miles outside of town! It felt like they were trying to inflate the time. Honestly, I wish I'd read some of the other reviews before hiring them. I’d definitely recommend avoiding Kincheloe Plumbing.”

“I was really impressed with this team! They arrived so quickly and were able to completely replace my water heater on the spot – they had everything they needed. Plus, they were incredibly friendly and professional.”
