  “Overall, the team was pretty easy to work with, but unfortunately, my son wasn’t happy with the final result. They did a decent job trimming the grass along the sidewalk, but we had some issues – they sprayed product onto the siding and rocks, and there were definitely some areas where the coverage wasn’t complete.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work the team did replacing our sidewalk and patio. They were incredibly courteous and professional, and they kept to their schedule perfectly.   Tyler and Casey are fantastic! They really went above and beyond – they were willing to travel all the way across the country to take care of our ice dam, and they were in Oregon the next day. Seriously, they’re incredibly friendly, honest, and hardworking, and I highly recommend giving them a call – no matter where you’re located! report abuse

  “I unfortunately had a really frustrating experience with this patio installation. The biggest issue was a critical oversight – they didn’t install an expansion joint between the patio and my house, and the concrete was directly attached to the foundation. The concrete itself developed significant discoloration with large yellow patches. Another contractor confirmed they’d used substandard sealant. It took a lot of persistence and ultimately a threat of legal action to get them to finally address the problem, and even then, I refused the repair because I was worried they’d repeat the same mistake. Honestly, I’m surprised by the positive reviews – I’d strongly advise anyone considering this company to be very involved in the process and to choose a contractor with a proven track record. Their communication and approach weren’t great either.” report abuse

  Buermann’s Outdoor Services did a fantastic job with the ice and snow removal from my roof. I contacted them on a Sunday after discovering some water leaks, and they were able to get a crew out the next day. Tyler was particularly helpful – he took the time to patiently explain the entire process to my sister and me, answering all our questions. I’d definitely recommend them! report abuse
