The first was a fantastic remodel of an old barn into a cabin – Kory really brought some brilliant ideas to the table, maximizing the space while still respecting the original character of the barn. The final result was absolutely stunning! Then we had a basement remodel following a flood, and honestly, it’s better than ever now. Kory and his team did an incredible job transforming it, and we’ve been so impressed. We especially appreciated how friendly, efficient, and professional his subcontractors were – they were always on time, cleaned up perfectly, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home around our kids and pets.   “Unfortunately, Kory’s performance on this project has been a significant concern. He’s been incredibly unresponsive, the work remains largely unfinished, and he hasn’t addressed the issue of back-ordered items we paid for. We’ve also heard repeated warnings from several subcontractors about his communication and organizational skills, which clearly haven’t been effectively applied to this job.” report abuse
