  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I hired them to replace a door key for my store, and they provided a quote and a written note confirming the job wasn’t finished – they said they’d return with parts to complete it. It’s now been two months, and they still haven’t addressed the initial, incomplete job. I then contacted them to fix other parts on a different door, and the person who came to the store didn't even attempt to fix the original lock before simply leaving with a quote. Now they’re adding a $430 fuel charge and other charges, and my first job remains unfinished. Honestly, the service has been appalling and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.” report abuse

  “I’m really pleased with the finished retail store I built at the Tyson Galleria – it looks fantastic! The custom-made security grills were excellent, and the insulation was a particularly clever solution thanks to the project’s design. I was especially impressed with the team’s dedication and the high quality of their work. Chuck and Willy were fantastic to work with; they were both incredibly supportive and easygoing, even under the pressure of the tight deadlines.
