Their team and the contractors they used were all incredibly reliable, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism – during a week of relentless rain while we were working on siding, they proactively delayed the project until the weather cleared, even taking steps to protect the exposed areas.   “We were really pleased with Unicorp’s work installing our new gutter system. They came up with a fantastic solution to avoid the downspout issue on our patio, which has completely stopped the water splashing out. It’s made our house so much more prepared for heavy rain.   Overall, the experience with Unicorp for my mother’s roof replacement was a little bumpy at first, but they really came through in the end. There was an issue with the gutter drainage that needed to be addressed after the initial work, and it took a second visit to get sorted out. Thankfully, JR was fantastic – he quickly identified the problem, proposed a good solution, and was just really friendly and helpful. They clearly stand behind their work, and I feel confident that we can contact them again if anything else ever arises. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Unicorp. They completely replaced all the windows and the roof of my house, even fixing the damage caused when a tree fell on it.   UniCorp has been absolutely fantastic to work with – I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the start, Brian, Paul, and the whole team were incredibly professional and efficient. They really took care of everything, and the windows look fantastic. It was so seamless, I didn’t have to worry about giving instructions; they just got straight to it. As someone working from home, I especially appreciated that they were completely respectful of my space and didn’t cause any disruption. They even went above and beyond, helping me with a couple of minor issues around the house – fixing my door seal and dealing with an ant nest! I’m so grateful my neighbor recommended them; it’s rare for me to recommend a company, but UniCorp truly deserves the praise – you won’t be disappointed. report abuse
