  “I was so pleased with Hartnett’s service yesterday. We had a significant issue with our whole-house water filter, which required shutting off the water supply due to a leak. They responded incredibly quickly – Laura in the office and Tristan in the field both contacted us within two hours! Brandon and Tristan were fantastic; they were so kind, professional, and genuinely seemed invested in resolving our problem. They even walked me through another project we’re considering and gave me some helpful advice on how to handle routine maintenance to prevent a similar issue in the future. We’ve used Hartnett for many projects over the years, big and small, and even for emergencies, and we’ve always been thrilled with the results.   “I can’t recommend these guys enough! They were absolutely a lifesaver when my pipes froze – they responded so quickly and did everything they could to resolve the issue, which was quite complicated.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I’ve always been pleased with Hartnett, but this last interaction was completely unacceptable. I simply needed advice on purchasing a new water heater – I don’t know where to start – and the person I spoke with offered absolutely no assistance or guidance. It felt like they didn't care at all, dismissing my needs with the suggestion to just “buy one off Amazon” without any real support. Frankly, it came across as incredibly rude. I’m ending my relationship with Hartnett because I felt completely ignored and disrespected. A little bit of empathy and helpfulness would have made a huge difference, and I’m truly sorry it wasn’t provided. report abuse

  Hartnett Plumbing is fantastic – truly a reliable and professional service. We had a really serious issue last night with our pipes freezing, and Laura in the office was amazing, handling our urgent request on a Saturday morning with such kindness and responsiveness. Josh, who came out to fix it, was incredible. He’s clearly very skilled and took the time to explain everything to me, especially given our old house has some pretty complicated plumbing. I really appreciate his thoroughness and the clear instructions he gave me. We've always been happy with their service, and it’s worth every penny considering their expertise and how they treat their customers – I highly recommend them! report abuse
