The team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, maneuvering all the pallets and cars to allow us to back in safely. The only slight downside was that it could be a little tricky to back into, but they’ve made a huge improvement to the parking lot, which is now much easier to manage.   Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. Despite correcting the shipping address through live chat on the same day, it was still delivered to the wrong location. We spent hours trying to resolve it – calling customer support repeatedly only to be put on hold, leaving voicemails that went unanswered, and even attempting to contact them via live chat with no luck. It was completely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller. report abuse
