  I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Carroll Mechanical. Rudy Blaylock was fantastic – he not only got my blower working perfectly the same day, but he also identified some important maintenance needs for a future visit. He was incredibly thorough, especially when he tackled the old humidifier, completely removing it and sealing everything up, which really cut down on the air leaks. My trainee also did a great job cleaning the outside unit and blasting away all the grime from the heat exchanger. Honestly, my 25-year-old system is running so much quieter and blowing much colder now! I also want to give a huge shout-out to Dana Sanders. She went above and beyond to get me help so quickly – she rearranged her schedule to make sure Rudy could come out right away, especially after some frustrating experiences with other companies. Carroll Mechanical deserves a resounding 10/10 for their promptness, their excellent performance, and their fair prices! report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with this company. We unexpectedly needed to replace our entire HVAC system and received three quotes, with this one being very competitive alongside the others. What really stood out was their estimator’s proactive approach – he identified a specific issue we hadn’t even realized we had, which was fantastic.   “I had a fantastic experience with Carroll Mechanical. Roy, the owner, was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. I was really struggling with my heating system – it dropped to 17 degrees one evening after 5pm, and he managed to get a technician out the next morning and it was fixed within an hour! Jordan, the technician, was also really friendly and explained everything clearly. As a new homeowner, I felt completely supported, and the whole process was surprisingly smooth.
