  I was so pleased with ClearLine! Robert and his team were fantastic – really friendly, super knowledgeable, and their prices were very competitive. I’d been having a tough time finding a company that could mark property lines, as many didn’t even return my calls or seemed to avoid working with townhomes. But ClearLine was a breath of fresh air. I explained what I needed to Rob, and he called me back within the hour with a quote. They had someone out to do the job within a week, and they did a fantastic job with the clear markings.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this surveyor. From the initial inquiry – I provided my address and explained what I needed – they responded incredibly quickly with a really fair quote. I accepted it and paid promptly, and within just five days, they’d completed the survey. The surveyor was incredibly thorough, clearly doing their homework beforehand, and spent a good amount of time verifying our property boundaries starting quite a distance from our house. The final documents were very clear and professional, and they even went above and beyond by drawing a tree that sits on the property line and adding some extra boundary markers as I requested.
