I was really disappointed with this service. It’s incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone – I waited over an hour on hold with no resolution. Honestly, it’s frustrating when a service claims to be good but you can’t even get through to them when you need help.

“I was really disappointed with the installation process. It took a staggering 11 hours, and my husband even had to assist the technician to get it finished. Even more frustratingly, they didn’t take the time to show us how to program the new locks before they left. After they were gone, the technician had to call us while we were out to dinner on a Friday night to sort it out. Honestly, 11 hours is just unacceptable. Then, two weeks later, the whole system stopped working. I contacted the sales advisor, and they just told me to call the 1.888 number to create a ticket – which felt like a really basic response. It's frustrating when a new alarm system doesn't work properly after only a couple of weeks!”
