  Overall, Standard Energy Solutions did a good job – they were punctual and prepared. They were also really thorough in explaining their work, though I admit some of it went right over my head! I especially appreciated being shown the panels and the equipment afterwards. It was a positive experience. report abuse

  “I’ve had my solar array for over 12 years, originally installed by a different company. They provided good service during the warranty period, but they’ve since moved on from residential systems. Recently, when some hardware has needed repair – and it was still covered by the warranty – I had to arrange and pay for the labor myself. Thankfully, Standard Energy Solutions has been fantastic. Their service has been reasonably priced, and I especially want to highlight Mikayla, who’s been incredibly helpful coordinating everything from the initial repairs to scheduling the installers. Ethan and the other installers who’ve come to our home have also been really professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be calling SES again if I need anything else.” report abuse

I especially appreciated their attention to detail; they took the time to ensure the conduit was placed in a way that blended seamlessly with the house, and they really listened to my requests, even accommodating my need to access the roof for Christmas lights. Michael kept me fully informed throughout the process, explaining everything from the current system setup to future possibilities like grid connection and EV charging.   Antonio and his team were fantastic – truly professional and they made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond by immediately pointing out a pre-existing issue with my roof and even sent me pictures to show me. As a homeowner, that kind of attention to detail is hugely appreciated, and I know it’s something you all value too. After the installation, he did a thorough walk-around, checking everything visually, mechanically, and operationally, and he took the time to explain everything to me, even walking me through the emergency procedures.
