  Overall, the basement waterproofing system installation went really well. The team who did the work were incredibly friendly and professional, and I especially appreciated how thorough the sales representative was – he was never pushy, provided excellent deals, and even drew up detailed diagrams of my foundation with clear explanations of the different solutions.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the basement waterproofing job. Ed, our project specialist, was fantastic – so patient, really knowledgeable, and just a professional all around. The crew were also amazing; they were consistently on time, incredibly respectful, and they really paid attention to the details. They put in a huge amount of hard work, staying with us for ten solid hours until everything was completely finished.
