Honestly, this contractor seems to be operating on a really bare-bones budget. It’s clear they’re prioritizing cost savings above all else, and the quality of work and consideration for those living nearby seems to be an afterthought. If you're looking for the absolute cheapest option and don’t have strong concerns about disruption or communication, they might be a fit.

“I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience and particularly with Mr. Tambini. I recently had a flat tire and damaged rim due to a pothole on a road they were actively working on. Despite providing photographic evidence and a report from the state highway patrol, the company has refused to acknowledge their responsibility for the damage. I’m hoping they’ll reconsider and fairly compensate me for the repairs.”

“I’m still incredibly shaken up after my daughter was involved in a terrible accident a few weeks ago. Another driver was tailgating her on her way to school, and they slammed into the back of her car. Honestly, I’m deeply concerned about the safety of these drivers – they seem incredibly reckless and put people’s lives at risk. Thankfully, my daughter was lucky to get away with just injuries, but it was a frightening experience, and I worry about what could have happened.”

“I just wanted to express how incredibly grateful I am for the crew working on Waggoner Road. They were absolutely wonderful – so kind, polite, and respectful. As a 75-year-old, I was out in my yard battling some ruts and dirt when AT&T left a cable in my yard. A young man from your team noticed me struggling and immediately stepped in, offering to take care of it for me. It took him only five minutes – something that would have taken me hours in the heat! It’s truly a fantastic example of their generosity. They’re making your company earn a lot of respect, and they deserve a huge Christmas bonus. It’s refreshing to see such genuine kindness, especially in today’s world.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with this construction company. They completely disregarded the impact their work was having on my business and the surrounding area. It felt like they were only sending a small crew, and they worked at an incredibly slow pace. Honestly, it seemed like they were deliberately taking their time. I suspect there might be some sort of incentive involved, perhaps from the city or state, that’s allowing them to operate this way. It’s taken nine months to lay brick pavers on a short stretch of sidewalk, and frankly, it’s unacceptable.”

“I wanted to express my concern regarding a driver operating one of our company trucks today, June 17th, on Route 33 through Fairfield and Hocking Counties. The driver was exhibiting unsafe behavior – speeding excessively (over 80 mph in a 70 zone), tailgating, and displaying a generally disrespectful attitude. It’s crucial that all employees remember they represent our company while driving, and we need to reinforce safe and courteous driving practices.”

“We bought a flashlight and left it on the table outside where the workers were. When we went out to the pier a couple minutes later, it was gone. It was just a $15 flashlight, but we were honestly a little surprised – we expected better behavior from people around here.”

“I had a really frustrating experience with this insurance company. I was rear-ended by one of their drivers – he sped up and crashed into my car at a complete stop light after waiting for a full minute. It seemed like he wasn’t in control, and it was incredibly concerning. Getting the insurance check was a nightmare; it took over two months and I had to make more than fifteen phone calls. Even then, the check only covered about half the cost of the damage. Overall, I found them to be completely unprofessional and incredibly disorganized.”
-
“There were some deeply concerning reports suggesting deliberate attempts to endanger other drivers, specifically instances of trucks intentionally trying to force cars off the road. This behavior is completely unacceptable and poses a serious threat to public safety.”

“I was really disappointed with the handling of this storm damage. I received a recommendation from Nationwide Insurance, and their estimator came out the same day to assess the damage – my siding had been blown off during the winter storm. They initially agreed to cover the holes in the exterior walls while they waited for better weather. However, despite assurances, they never followed through, and water continued to seep into my walls, causing significant damage inside. Multiple visits and promises were made, but the problem persisted. Eventually, they patched the holes with a temporary material, but even that failed when it started raining a few days later, allowing water to enter again. It's clear they haven't properly addressed the root of the problem, and I’m now facing ongoing water damage and the potential for mold. While the insurance company has approved all the repairs and I’ve paid my deductible, I’m still dealing with the same issues and feeling like my concerns aren’t being taken seriously.”
