  I was really disappointed with my experience. I contacted them seeking advice and a potential quote for some equipment to help with my pool, but the owner seemed completely uninterested in discussing my needs or offering any suggestions. It felt like he immediately dismissed my inquiry, and I got the impression he didn’t believe I could afford his products – which wasn’t the case at all. I won’t be recommending this establishment, and I’ll be going elsewhere to find the equipment I need. report abuse

  I’ve been a customer of Lankheet Pool and Spa since 2009, and overall, I’ve been very happy with their work – particularly the installation of my pool and the solar heating system they put in. They handled the initial installation really well, and when one of the solar panels failed a few years back, they replaced it quickly under warranty. However, a recent issue has been incredibly frustrating. A leak developed in one of the panels, and I contacted them to have it fixed, but I haven’t heard back. I’ve left multiple messages, and each time someone assures me the owner, Dave Scheidel, would call. After a week of silence, I finally spoke with him, and it was a completely unacceptable experience. He seemed to be holding a grudge from years ago, claiming I owed him $800 and that I’d threatened to take my business elsewhere. He was incredibly rude, dismissing my concerns and making a frankly insulting comment about my name. It felt like he was deliberately trying to avoid resolving the problem. Honestly, the whole interaction was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling completely disregarded. Despite the initial good service, I’m taking my business elsewhere – and frankly, I think Dave Scheidel needs a serious lesson in customer service! report abuse

The team has always been fantastic – really knowledgeable and reliable, and it’s wonderful to have those long-standing relationships with the guys and my family who’ve been helping out.
