  “I initially sent a web inquiry for a quote and didn’t receive a response, which was disappointing. When I followed up two weeks later, I was informed my salesperson was incredibly busy and, frankly, they weren’t interested in discussing off-grid systems. While I understand things get hectic, it felt like my specific needs weren't a priority. However, they did direct me to a fantastic off-grid resource, which I really appreciate. It seems like they might be a great company to work with if your requirements align with their standard offerings.” report abuse

  Overall, the CBS Solar team did a fantastic job getting our solar system installed. We ran into a bit of a snag early on with Consumers Power, but CBS Solar really went the extra mile, working closely with our electrician to overcome the challenges – particularly the difficult location of the power meter. Despite that, they managed to complete the installation just before the huge Christmas snowstorm, which we really appreciate. We’re incredibly happy with the system and have even seen it sending power back to Consumers, which is great to know! report abuse

  “We were really hoping to get a solar system installed locally, and Tyler from CBS even came out to our property to discuss it. He asked to see our batteries and then we just didn’t hear back from him, despite several texts. It would have been appreciated if he’d just let us know he wasn’t going to proceed. Ultimately, we ended up going with Solar Wind & Sun in Flagstaff, AZ, and we couldn't be happier. They were incredibly professional and always responsive to our questions. The whole process was smooth, and we received our 3.2kW off-grid system within a week. We’re so sorry we couldn't work with CBS, but we wholeheartedly recommend Solar Wind & Sun.” report abuse

  CBS Solar was fantastic – they really took the time to understand our situation and our budget. Kaleb was great to work with, and he even took us to see one of their recent installations. We were hoping to go solar but weren’t sure where to start, so we discussed a phased approach, adding panels over time, and they happily accommodated us by installing four panels at a time. We’re absolutely thrilled with the first four, it’s wonderful knowing we’re harnessing the sun’s energy. We even had a pretty big windstorm the other night, and the panels held up perfectly – although it did blow over all our plants! We’re already saving up to add the next set, and I wholeheartedly recommend CBS Solar! report abuse

  CBS Solar did a fantastic job installing our original roof mount system back in 2018, and we were so pleased we had them back in 2019 to expand it with another 6 panels. We now have a total of 9.9 kW. Honestly, we’ve been incredibly impressed with their service and support – they’ve really gone the extra mile, and we couldn’t ask for a better solar company. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the initial installation – the team were great and I have a solid system now. However, I’ve been incredibly frustrated because one of the panels went completely black in January, and despite multiple calls, it still hasn’t been fixed.” report abuse
