James really took the time to understand exactly what we envisioned for our yard, and the design he created was truly amazing. The whole team – Shannon, Joshua, and the construction crews – were incredibly patient and responsive, especially when we had to navigate some challenges getting HOA approval. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and we were so thrilled to have our pool finished in time for Christmas!   “Overall, Hansen Pools did an absolutely fantastic job for us. We’d highly recommend them without hesitation! The permitting process took a little longer than expected – about four months – but they really pulled through and completed the pool installation in another four months, which was crucial given our deadline. We especially appreciated their dedication to meeting our timeframe. We did have a minor issue with the skimmer initially, but they went above and beyond to find a solution, even after we’d received our final payment.   Honestly, we were a little nervous going into this pool project, having heard so many stories about bad contractors. But Hansen Pools completely changed our minds! We were so fortunate to get a recommendation from a family in Glendale who had an amazing experience with them. From the very beginning, working with James was a pleasure – he really listened to what we wanted and helped us create the perfect pool and spa. But it was Wes and Shannon who truly went above and beyond. Shannon was just incredible; she was so patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through every decision and sharing her expertise from managing so many projects. She didn’t just tell us what to do, she actually took the time to explain *why*. And Wes, the owner, was always available and offered fantastic advice whenever we needed it. There were a few hiccups with the construction, as there always are, but Hansen Pools was fantastic – they jumped right in to fix everything quickly and professionally, and they were always so friendly and understanding. They’re a genuinely honest, organized, and efficient company with a great sense of humor and a real eye for design.   “We hired Hansen Pools to redo our pool, but the initial communication was really disappointing. We were told the project manager would be unavailable for about 10 days, which we understood, and we were happy to support a local business. However, after he visited our property, he simply didn’t get back in touch. It’s now been 19 days with no estimate or any communication at all. Because of this lack of follow-up, we’ve had to move on. It was a frustrating experience and a waste of our time. We’d recommend looking for a company that prioritizes clear communication and respects your time.” report abuse
