“Ram was absolutely fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. We had a retaining wall around our Rockport foundation and it was a tricky project, with many engineering firms turning us down due to the potential liability. Thankfully, we were referred to Ram, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and confident. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and recommended the best approach to ensure the wall’s stability and longevity. Best of all, he personally approved the final work, giving us complete peace of mind knowing our home was secure.”

“We were so pleased with Munoz Engineering – they were highly recommended to us by a government agency. Ram was fantastic to work with from the very beginning, responding quickly to our needs and consistently providing excellent communication and a real commitment to the project. Ultimately, we couldn't have asked for better results, and we definitely want to thank Ram and his team for their professionalism. We’d happily work with them again in the future.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with Munoz Engineering. They did a windstorm inspection on my roof back in April of 2018, which thankfully passed, and construction was completed. However, six years later, it turns out they never filed the necessary paperwork, and the certification they provided doesn't actually exist. They’ve completely ignored my concerns and seem to have simply disappeared, refusing to acknowledge they ever did the inspection or that my house even exists. Because of their mistake, I’m now facing the very expensive situation of needing a new roof just to meet my mortgage company’s requirements and keep my windstorm insurance active.”

“I can’t even begin to describe how incredibly frustrating this experience has been. I’ve been working with this group for months with absolutely no results. They’re incredibly unresponsive – emails go unanswered for weeks, and I’ve even received read receipts confirming they’ve seen my messages. Honestly, I strongly advise against using their services; there are far better options out there.”
