“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ram and his team were fantastic – truly good people. We had a retaining wall supporting our home’s foundation in Rockport, and we contacted several engineering firms who wouldn’t even take on the project because of the liability involved. Thankfully, we were referred to Ram, and he was amazing. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and recommended the right solutions to ensure the wall’s stability and would even approve the final work, giving me complete peace of mind knowing our home was secure.”

“We were so pleased with Munoz Engineering – they were highly recommended to us by a government agency. Ram was fantastic to work with from the very beginning, responding quickly to our needs and consistently providing excellent communication and a real commitment to the project. We couldn’t have asked for better results, and we’d definitely like to work with them again. A huge thank you to Ram and his team!”

I’m incredibly disappointed with Munoz Engineering. They conducted a windstorm inspection on my roof in 2018, which thankfully passed, and construction was completed. However, six years later, it turns out they never filed the necessary paperwork, so the certification doesn’t actually exist. They’ve completely ignored my concerns and seem to have simply walked away from the situation. Because of their negligence, I’m now facing the cost of a new roof just to satisfy my mortgage company and keep my windstorm insurance active – a truly unacceptable outcome.

“I can’t stress enough how incredibly unresponsive this group has been. I’ve been trying to get things resolved for months with absolutely no results. They consistently don’t reply to emails for weeks, and I’ve even seen read receipts confirming they’ve received my messages. Honestly, I would strongly advise against using their services – there are much better options out there.”
