Honestly, this project has been incredibly chaotic and frustrating. From the start, communication has been terrible, and there’s been a real lack of follow-through. We’ve had a revolving door of employees – two new guys started in September and I’m still not even close to finishing the work by Thanksgiving. To make matters worse, a sales rep walked out the day after I signed a contract with a deposit, and I wasn’t even informed until I chased him down. Then, an assistant left mid-project, and we had three crew members quit within a week! The general contractor even took a week to bow hunt instead of supporting the new team. There have been a lot of mistakes, and it’s left HVAC, plumbing, and concrete contractors completely stalled and waiting for us to get back on track.

Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the final result of our building project. Brad was fantastic to work with – he offered excellent guidance and suggestions throughout the entire process. Alvin was also a real asset, keeping us consistently informed and responsive from the initial design to the final build. We truly felt like Structural Buildings had us well taken care of every step of the way.

“We had a really frustrating experience working with our sales representative. We were incredibly keen to get this project moving forward, but unfortunately, communication was consistently poor – projects were repeatedly delayed, and we struggled to get timely responses to our questions. Despite several attempts over five months, including multiple texts, we never received an excavation bid or any updates on the timeline. My last message was in September, and it’s now December, with still no response. It’s been incredibly difficult to move the project along.”

“Unfortunately, we were disappointed that our bid wasn’t honored, and we also experienced some issues with communication.”
