I was really disappointed with the service I received. I left a voicemail on September 15th regarding a non-emergency issue with my electricity, and despite waiting over a week for a callback, I never heard back. Honestly, that’s unacceptable. I ended up having to find another company that responded promptly. It’s concerning for a business to not return customer calls, especially when it’s not a critical situation.
