You really took the hassle out of getting automatic shades for our kitchen and bedroom – those large windows were becoming a real struggle for us as we get older. Your advice was invaluable, and we were so impressed with how quickly you placed the order and then came out to install the shades and show us how to use them. The shades themselves are absolutely brilliant – so simple to operate and exactly as you described. We were particularly impressed with your responsiveness when we had a warranty issue in January of 2024. In today’s world, that kind of immediate attention is truly remarkable and shows a real commitment to customer service.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with JAG Interior Solutions. Kathleen was fantastic – she took the time to understand my budget and helped me find the perfect Hunter Douglas blinds for my cabin. They arrived on schedule, which was great. While there were a couple of hiccups – one blind had a motor issue and another was the wrong size – Todd, the installer, quickly stepped in and resolved both problems with professionalism and care. He even came back to reinstall everything, and I’m so pleased with the final result. I’d definitely recommend JAG to anyone looking for custom decorating services and plan to use them again in the future! report abuse

  “We were extremely disappointed with our experience. The technician came to our house weeks ago and provided very little information about the blinds we were interested in. He was vague on pricing and said it would take a few days to get a quote, which was understandable to a degree. However, weeks have passed and we’ve still heard nothing.
