  “I had a really frustrating experience with this service. After they completed their inspection and I signed the paperwork, they charged my card a day later. Then, they contacted me claiming there was damage and charged an unauthorized $500 to my credit card. What was most concerning was the lack of communication – they never spoke to me while they were there, didn’t call me, and I couldn’t reach them when I tried to get in touch. It’s baffling why they didn’t address any concerns or explain the charges during the inspection itself. Because of this, I’m seriously considering taking this matter to small claims court to sort things out.” report abuse

  “These guys were fantastic – really friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with a previous rental, which we got sorted out, and honestly, it was cheaper to rent the equipment for the time we needed than to buy it outright. And to top it off, we were so impressed when another customer went out of their way to bring us the necessary part on a Sunday afternoon – it’s clear this is a really supportive community.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience renting the tractor. I needed it briefly to grade a new driveway and, unfortunately, the hydraulic system failed almost immediately – it seemed like a mechanical issue with no fault of my own. They charged me $1250 to repair it, even though I only used it for two hours with just the grader blade. It’s frustrating to support local businesses and try to help family, and to receive such a hefty bill for a simple issue. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my recent rental. The service was incredibly brief – they just loaded the mower onto the trailer without explaining how it works, how to adjust the blades, or how to clean it. The blades weren’t sharpened, and I didn’t receive any paperwork related to the rental. As a result, only a small portion of my acre was cut, and it still needed to be re-mowed. Considering the cost and the weekend rental, I felt completely overcharged and won’t be returning. report abuse
