I needed all my recalled sprinkler heads replaced before starting some renovations, and after a frustrating search, I found them. Sidney was fantastic – he explained everything clearly, even giving me some helpful information about my sprinkler system. He was incredibly responsive, showed up on time, and was completely honest about the process. He even proactively checked things out with my contractors before starting the work, and he kept me updated with pictures and texts while I was out of town. It was such a stress-free experience, and I really appreciated his attention to detail – he even addressed a couple of broken pipes that came up during the repairs.   Jay was absolutely fantastic – seriously, if you have any sprinkler trouble, call him immediately! I had a leak and quickly realized it wasn't a plumbing job, so I reached out to him that evening and he got me scheduled the next day. He arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done, including important safety precautions and what to do if I needed more help. I was able to do the repair myself thanks to his thorough training and recommendations for parts.   Sidney was fantastic – genuinely caring, incredibly friendly, and he really knew his stuff. He walked me through the entire repair process step-by-step, and even took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with the broken parts.
