  Smith & Co. were absolutely fantastic when they stepped in to replace our parents’ broken HVAC system during that incredibly cold snap. Everyone we met was so professional and genuinely friendly – they went above and beyond to help us out. The technicians worked tirelessly, putting in a really long day to get the new system installed and running perfectly, even braving the freezing temperatures.   I couldn’t be happier with Smith and Company. They completely transformed my home’s heating and cooling system, and the results have been fantastic. They expertly converted my old baseboard system into a heat pump, which has dramatically reduced my electric bill – I’m saving a huge amount on my heating costs! The technicians are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Monti, in particular, was amazing – he actually built and installed the blower unit for my basement unit, and he’s clearly someone who really understands HVAC systems. They did excellent work, and the price was very fair. I’ve been so impressed with their service, and they even came back for my 6-month preventative maintenance.   “I can’t recommend Smith and Company highly enough! From the very beginning, they were fantastic. Their estimate was the cheapest of the five I got, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful, both in the office and when they were actually at my house. After the new HVAC system was installed, I noticed a slight gas smell and the hot water heater didn’t immediately turn back on, but Austin and his colleague were there within a minute to quickly resolve the issue – it was really appreciated. The whole furnace and AC replacement was surprisingly quick, only taking about four hours, and the crew left my basement perfectly clean. Seriously, a great experience!” report abuse

  “I was in a really stressful situation – a fireman with two young daughters, lots of pressure, and not much wiggle room in my budget. My old AC unit finally died a month ago, and I needed a replacement fast. I reached out to everyone I knew for recommendations and got quotes from three different companies. Aaron Smith, the owner, was a breath of fresh air. He came out himself, was completely honest about my options, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. His quote was over a thousand dollars less than the second one and nearly fifteen hundred cheaper than the third. They got the new unit installed in just two days, and the two technicians were fantastic – they were friendly, polite, and incredibly efficient. They had the old unit out and the whole place cleaned up in about five hours. Mr. Smith even checked in himself afterward to make sure I was happy. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s clear he and his crew take pride in their work.
