  “We were really disappointed with the service we received. We were promised specific work would be completed on our house, but they consistently failed to follow through on their commitments. We felt misled by frequent false promises and deceptive statements to both myself and my wife, and whenever we raised concerns, they simply added extra charges for repairs without actually addressing the original problems.” report abuse
