But honestly, the whole team, from the management to the delivery crew and even our trim guy, was exceptional.   Virginia, our salesperson, was fantastic – really helpful and excellent throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, the experience with the warranty and repair services after we bought our home was a complete letdown. It felt like they weren’t honoring their promises at all. report abuse

  “I completely regret using this real estate agent. From the very beginning, she misrepresented the cost of the home, omitting crucial details that significantly impacted our budget. We spent a considerable amount of time discussing our finances, even running a mortgage calculator, and she confidently stated we’d be borrowing no more than $115,000. Unfortunately, the final costs ended up being much higher, and I wouldn’t recommend using her services.” report abuse
