I got quotes from several companies, and B&A stood out immediately – they were incredibly honest and provided really detailed information. Will Harrison, my salesman, was fantastic. He was so patient, always responded quickly, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process. What really made the experience special was how personable he was; he even took the time to chat with my daughter, who’s a recent graduate studying marine science and dreaming of studying coral reefs in Australia. It was a really nice touch! The crew was also fantastic – professional, efficient, and they left everything spotless, actually improving my yard! He was so honest and didn’t pressure us into any unnecessary repairs – thankfully, the damage to our roof wasn’t as bad as we initially thought.
