  “I wish I’d done my research before calling Mike Diamond at Plummers. It was a really frustrating experience. I booked an appointment for a blocked kitchen sink on a Sunday morning, and they initially told me they couldn’t come until Monday between 8 and 12, promising to call ahead. My husband took the day off, but we never heard from them, and then they told us we were scheduled for much later! After that, our toilet and washing machine started flooding – the same problem! When my husband called about the 30-day guarantee, they immediately started quoting us thousands of dollars for a camera, a new valve, and hydro jetting. They even tried to charge us for a second drain, and then offered a discount after eight months – it felt like they were trying to find ways to overcharge us. To top it all off, they didn’t even take off the extra charge from the first visit until I reminded them! Honestly, we’re going to look for a different plumbing service from now on.” report abuse

  “I’ve really enjoyed my time at Smell Good Plumber Headquarters – I’ve been with the company for almost five years now, starting as a Customer Service Representative and now working in dispatch. It’s fantastic to work so close to home, and the company genuinely looks after its employees – the kitchen is always stocked, and each branch manager has really invested in my development.   Overall, Mike Diamond Services did a good job getting my toilet unclogged, and I was really pleased with the price – it was significantly lower than other plumbers I’d contacted. I appreciate that Dominique was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and got someone out to me within a reasonable timeframe. However, the communication could have been better. I’d have liked to have received an email or text confirmation after our conversation to ensure we were both on the same page. Also, while Dominique was friendly and efficient, he did scratch the toilet bowl during the process, which is something that prevented me from giving a full five-star rating. It would be great if they could provide some written confirmation of the service and the work done. report abuse
