“We were really shaken up after a major storm and tornado hit our cabin in Hampshire County, West Virginia, back in July 2022 – we lost half our roof and suffered a lot of water damage. It was incredibly frustrating when we reached out to local contractors and didn’t get a single response. Thankfully, we got in touch with Gornall Construction, and Dave Gornall was fantastic from the start. He was on-site within 24 hours, assessing the damage with a drone, and he really helped us navigate the whole insurance process, working closely with our adjuster. Because it wasn't our main home, we weren’t always there, but Dave kept us updated constantly. It’s a big job, so there were a few bumps along the way, but Dave handled everything with such professionalism and a really considerate attitude – he genuinely wanted us to be happy and he went above and beyond to make sure we were. We're so pleased with his work!”

Rick & his team were fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with!
