  I was really disappointed with this company. Despite the positive reviews I’d read, the initial communication was shockingly poor – we struggled to get a simple quote, and then nothing happened for nearly six weeks. We followed up repeatedly, but we were constantly given vague promises and no real updates. Honestly, the lack of any follow-through made a very bad impression, and I wouldn’t recommend them. report abuse

  “I went in to discuss building a new home and had a really disappointing first experience. I went through the front door and waited in the back room for quite a few minutes, but no one ever came out. There was no acknowledgment at all – no “please have a seat, I’ll be with you shortly.” It wasn’t a good initial impression at all.” report abuse
