  Steve really dropped the ball on this one. He initially couldn’t locate the clog and, without asking for help, just started messing around with the sump pump. Unfortunately, he made a huge mess, completely covering my floor and even staining my laundry room rug – it’s ruined! report abuse

  “I’d definitely recommend this company. A couple of my friends used their services earlier this year, and I totally understand why they suggested them. They really took the time to listen to my situation and worked hard to get my plumbing sorted out – they got my sewer flowing again, which was fantastic.   Stephen and Tucker were absolutely fantastic! They quickly and efficiently fixed my hot water boiler heater, which had been letting out completely cold water. It was a huge relief to have them take care of it so promptly. report abuse

  “We were really frustrated with the service we received for our leaky shower faucet. The first plumber we spoke with quickly diagnosed the problem and said it needed a full replacement, but he just didn’t seem interested in actually doing the work. Then, the second plumber came out and tried some quick fixes with new gaskets, but he never returned after that. It was a disappointing experience overall.” report abuse
